The new titanium ceramic Chanel J12 Chromatic series are world widely launched on June 1, 2011, in Shanghai IFC Chanel boutiques. It’s a key addition to Chanel J12 collection made from ceramic titanium produced in both male and female versions. Chanel J12 Chromatic watches are made in Swiss workshops, and this chromatic color has been created using a high-tech material – titanium ceramic, which covers a new generation of J12 watches. In order to create sparkling reflections, Chanel has hired exclusive new polishing techniques, inspired by processes using diamond powder first developed for sapphires. The specialty of Chanel J12 Chromatic lies in the new proprietary ceramic titanium material that is of course highly scratch resistant with hardness close to that of sapphire. They feature a spectrum of models, men’s models that 41mm and 38mm case sizes with a same automatic mechanical movement.
